“Yesterday, 09/23/2024 I reached out for service because my AC stopped working. Arnaldo arrived at my house a bit before 4:00. He quickly diagnosed the problem, by this time it was after 4:00. My AC needed a capacitor. He realized the time and quickly left to go get the capacitor. When he returned he told me the parts place closed at 4:30 and he wanted to be sure my AC was fixed that day. I appreciate that he went above and beyond in my book. It is hard to find people these days that put others needs first. He easily could have said that the part wouldn't be available until next day.
