“Yesterday, 09/23/2024 I reached out for service because my AC stopped working. Arnaldo arrived at my house a bit before 4:00. He quickly diagnosed the problem, by this time it was after 4:00. My AC needed a capacitor. He realized the time and quickly left to go get the capacitor. When he returned he told me the parts place closed at 4:30 and he wanted to be sure my AC was fixed that day.
