“A technician came to our condo to perform a maintenance check but also needed to address the problem of our heat pump not providing adequate heat output. After trying numerous solutions, he needed additional support and Trevor came to investigate. Having more experience, he was able to find the issue and shared that information with the original tech who was then able to complete the task.
Trevor clearly explained the problem and resulting cost-saving solution. We were appreciative of his expertise!”
